Wethersfield Health Care Center provides comprehensive rehabilitation services seven days a week in our expansive 3,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym. To ensure a smooth transition from hospital to Wethersfield Health Care Center, Nurse Case Managers are available for on-site hospital assessments prior to admission.
