The Highlands Health Care Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility which provides a full range of comprehensive programs. We offer Orthopedic, Post Surgical and Medical Rehabilitation. We also offer Respite, Hospice and Long Term Care. The Highlands Health Care Center meets the needs of diverse Residents through comprehensive Post Acute Medical Services.
