The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Spring Creek, the only rehabilitation and nursing center in Huber Heights, has been serving Montgomery and Miami County residents for more than 20 years. Our enclosed courtyard and convenient dining room welcome you or your loved one in a nurturing, caring environment. The active Recreation Department, which includes a Red Hatters Club, is just part of the interdisciplinary approach we take to ensure each Resident’s needs are met.
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are offered seven days per week by our team of dedicated, licensed Therapists. The spacious Therapy Gym also is available for Outpatient Therapy. Regular family conferences ensure you and your loved one are always part of the caring process.
