Brookline Health Care Center celebrated recent major renovations at their Open House on June 29th. A new rehab gym and first floor subacute unit were added. The center Had 85 members from the community attend. These included local assisted livings, geriatric case managers, home care agencies, and hospital case managers. Brookline celebrated a deficiency free survey last year, and was recently awarded the ACHA Bronze Award.
