The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Spring Creek Achieves Five-Star Quality Rating
Highest rating for health care excellence
awarded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
HUBER HEIGHTS, OHIO, June 30, 2011— The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Spring Creek has been awarded the Five-Star Quality Rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
“A designation of five stars indicates that our center is well above average when compared to other nursing facilities,” says Eric Ball, Administrator at The Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Spring Creek. “This ranking is a testament to our outstanding level of care and the expertise of our dedicated staff.”
The Five-Star rating system helps health care consumers, family members and caregivers easily compare the quality and performance of nursing and rehabilitation centers across the United States. Ratings are determined from three sources of data: annual health inspections; staffing levels; and quality measures. Only 10 percent of nursing and rehabilitation centers nationwide achieve the Five-Star ranking, the highest available from the CMS.
